The adventure begins with a late-night pick-up from Ahmedabad Railway Station at around 10:00 PM.
We embark on an overnight journey to Dwarka, covering a distance of approximately 450 kilometers over the course of 9 hours.
In the early morning, we arrive at Beyt Dwarka, crossing the Sudarshan Setu to reach our destination.
We start our day by freshening up at a private beach and campsite, followed by a hearty breakfast.
Our first visit is to the Beyt Dwarka Temple, after which we drive towards Dwarka.
En route, we enjoy lunch and visit several significant sites, including the Nageshwar Jyotirlinga, Gopi Talav, Rukmani Temple, and Shivrajpur Beach.
By evening, we check into our hotel and prepare for a visit to the renowned Dwarkadhish Temple to witness the evening aarti and darshan.
The evening is free for exploring nearby attractions such as Gomti Ghat, Sudama Setu, other local temples, and the vibrant market.
We conclude the day with dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.
For those interested, an early morning visit to the Dwarkadhish Temple is an option.
After breakfast and checking out from the hotel, we set out towards Somnath.
Our journey includes visits to Mul Dwarka Temple, Jambuvan Cave, Kirit Mandir in Porbandar, and the Sudama Temple.
We pause for lunch along the way. The afternoon drive takes us along the scenic coastal highway connecting Porbandar to Madhavpur, where we take a short break at the picturesque Madhavpur Beach.
In the evening, we reach Somnath, check into our hotel, and quickly freshen up.
We then visit the Somnath Temple, ensuring not to miss the impressive light and projection show.
The day ends with dinner and rest at the hotel.
Following an early breakfast, we check out and visit Triveni Ghat and Bhalka Tirth in the morning.
We then head towards Diu, arriving by the afternoon.
The afternoon is free to explore Diu’s attractions, including Diu Fort, Gangeshwar Mahadev Temple, and the INS Vikrant Memorial.
As evening approaches, we relax and enjoy the sunset at Nagoa Beach.
With the evening comes the start of our return journey to Ahmedabad, filled with the memories of our travels.
