The group will gather at the pick-up point, Hazrat Nizamuddin railway station (NZM), Sarai Kalekhan bus terminal, South Delhi, Delhi, at 11:15 PM. At this point, the team captain will provide a brief introduction.
The journey begins towards Haridwar and Rishikesh, two sacred places revered by many pilgrims and considered among the holiest cities in India.
On the way to Joshimath, you will pass through the scenic Badrinath road, offering stunning views of the confluence of the Ganga river at Devprayag, Rudraprayag, Karnaprayag, and Nand Prayag. The Alaknanda river will accompany you throughout, making the long journey feel shorter.
Upon reaching Joshimath, you will check into the hotel and have the rest of the day at leisure.
Enjoy dinner at the hotel and stay overnight in Joshimath.
After an early morning breakfast, the group will head towards Auli, a Himalayan Ski Resort, surrounded by the majestic Nanda Devi and Nar Parvat mountains.
The Auli Cable Car, the second highest and longest ropeway in India after Gulmarg, will offer breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.
Travelers can indulge in winter sports like skiing, snowboarding, etc., at their own expense.
Return to Joshimath and spend the remaining day at leisure.
Enjoy dinner at the hotel and stay overnight in Joshimath.
Note: If travelers wish to take the cable car or private cabs to Auli, they will need to bear the expenses themselves.
After an early morning breakfast, check out from the designated stays in Joshimath and head back to Rishikesh.
Arrive at Rishikesh in the evening and attend the enchanting Ganga Aarti, a spiritual ceremony, held on the banks of the river in Rishikesh or Haridwar.
Enjoy dinner and spend the night in Rishikesh.
After breakfast, prepare for the return journey to Delhi. The group will reach New Delhi Railway Station (NDLS), Bhavbhuti Marg, Ratan Lal Market, Kamla Market, Ajmeri Gate, New Delhi, Delhi 110006 around 8-9 AM.
Bid farewell to the new friends made during the trip and look forward to future explorations, carrying only memories and leaving only footprints.
